Located on the east side of the island, Marigot Bay offers a pleasant and well protected anchorage area.

Fees and Declarations

Upon arrival in St. Martin, you must declare your crew and passengers to the Port Captain's office before they are allowed to disembark. At anchorage, an anchorage fee will need to be paid. More details of clearance procedures available here.

-Rates do not include the TGCA (4%).
- A 50% surcharge is applied for multi-hull vessels.
- The use of the pump out for waste water and oil located at the Marina Fort Louis is free for vessels using Marigot bay anchorages.
- The applicable rate for clearances is 7.50€ for resident customers and 10.50€ for visiting customers.
