Orient Bay: Navigation and Anchoring Ban for Fireworks
By Order No. 059-2026 of the President of the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, navigation and anchoring are prohibited in Orient Bay during a fireworks display organised by Skyfall Pyrotechnics.

The ban applies from Thursday 8 October 2026 at 6:00 PM until Friday 9 October 2026 at 6:00 AM.

During this period, all pleasure craft and shuttle boats must temporarily relocate to Grand-Case Bay, at least 200 meters outside the firing zone.

The fireworks will be launched from a floating pontoon 200 meters offshore at 18°05'26.5"N 63°01'11.2"W. A 150-meter safety perimeter applies around it.
