New Ticketing System at the Ferry Terminal

Starting December 1st, a barcode ticket will be issued and required for access to security screening and the boarding area.
Please be informed that starting Monday, December 1st, the Ferry Terminal will implement a new ticketing system for the management of the Passenger Fee.
During this transition period, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
With this new system, an official ticket will be issued when you pay your Passenger Departure Fee. This ticket, containing a barcode, is required for access to:
- Access the security screening area
- Access the boarding area
Important:
If you lose this ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the Ferry Terminal and will be required to pay the Passenger Departure Fee again.
