A 6.26 m2 fast-food premises at the Ferry Terminal is available.
The Saint Martin Port Authority is launching a competitive bidding process for the award of a temporary occupancy permit for a fast-food outlet at the Ferry Terminal in Marigot.
The 6.26 m2 premises are equipped with roller shutters and a counter. In return, a monthly fee will be paid.
The term of the agreement is 3 years. Documents are available free of charge on marches-securises.fr.
Tenders must be sent exclusively electronically via marches-securises.fr before July 11, 2023 - 5:00 pm.
A visit to the premises is compulsory - Scheduled dates: June 28 and July 5 at 9:00 am - Prior registration for the visit is required.
